- Do I need to own the printers?
- No. Many vendors include the hardware as part of the contract, or you can lease equipment separately through our Equipment page. Existing devices can also be brought under a service contract.
- What if a device can't be repaired?
- Enterprise plan contracts include a guaranteed loaner unit. Pro and Essential plans typically offer a loaner at the vendor's discretion while your device is being repaired.
- Can I add or remove devices during the contract?
- Yes. Contracts are typically adjusted at annual review points. Adding a device mid-term is usually straightforward with a small pro-rated adjustment to your monthly.
